What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs.

  • Check your order summary to understand delivery charges for individual products
  • For Spashal Plus products: ₹40 delivery charge per item if order value is less than ₹500
  • Orders of ₹500 or above are delivered free for Spashal Plus products
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

Delivery estimates account for:

  • Holidays between order placement and delivery date
  • Sundays (some courier partners don't work on Sundays)
  • Seller processing times
What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on Spashal?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Spashal. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

Delivery times are influenced by:

  • Product availability
  • Geographic location of the Seller
  • Your shipping destination
  • Courier partner's delivery efficiency in your location

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Serviceability depends on:

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions for certain products

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Cash on Delivery availability depends on:

  • Courier partner's ability to accept cash in your location
  • Cash amount limits based on destination
  • Your order value exceeding CoD limits

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy:

  • Contact Us to initiate a return
  • You'll receive a call explaining the process
  • Spashal Logistics will facilitate pick-up where possible
  • For other areas, you can use third-party courier services
  • Return fees are borne by the Seller
I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.

If the product wasn't delivered but you received delivery confirmation, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for investigation.

Item is available for immediate shipping. Delivery time based on your pincode (usually 2-6 business days). Remote areas may take 1-2 weeks via Indian Postal Service.

🔵 'Available'

Seller doesn't have immediate stock but can procure when ordered. Delivery time depends on procurement + shipping time.

📅 'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Item expected to release soon. Shipped on launch day, delivery in 2-6 business days. Release date mentioned on product page.

🔴 'Out of Stock'

Currently unavailable. Use 'Notify Me' feature to get alerts when available.

🌍 'Imported'

Sourced from outside India. Takes at least 10 days or more for delivery.

🔄 'Back In Stock Soon'

Popular item, currently sold out. You can pre-book and it will be shipped as per Seller's timeline.

⏸️ 'Temporarily Unavailable'

Currently out of stock but expected back soon. Use 'Notify Me' for availability alerts.

⛔ 'Permanently Discontinued'

Product is obsolete and production has been discontinued.
