Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Pick-Up Conditions

  • Address Change: Only possible if pick-up service available at new address
  • Product Validation: Products checked during pick-up for:
Check Point Requirements
Correct Product IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number should match. MRP tag undetached and visible
Complete Product All accessories, freebies, and combos present
Unused Product Unused, unwashed, unsoiled. Quality check seals intact. Devices formatted and screen locks disabled
Undamaged Product No scratches, dents, tears or holes. All ports and panels intact
Undamaged Packaging Original packaging/box undamaged

Important: Field executive will refuse to accept return if any conditions are not met.

Part 3 - General Rules for Successful Return

  • If replacement not possible, refund will be provided
  • For missing/damaged accessories, replacement or eGV equivalent to accessory price
  • Open box deliveries: Spot refund for wrong/damaged products. No returns after acceptance except manufacturing defects
  • For installation products: Do not open packaging yourself
  • Furniture: Issues resolved by replacing faulty parts. Full replacement only if part replacement won't resolve issue
  • Spashal may restrict number of returns per order after evaluation
