Cancellation Policy - Hyperlocal (Minutes Delivery)

Important: Orders placed under MINUTES delivery option are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable via self-serve due to quick delivery times.

Exceptions for Hyperlocal Cancellations

Cancellation/refund may be requested via Customer Service Agent in the following cases:

Delivery Delay: Order not delivered within estimated time shown during placement
Non-Pickup: Order not picked up by Delivery Partner
Seller Cancellation: Seller cancels or doesn't accept order for reasons not attributable to you
Easy Doorstep Cancellation: Other valid reasons as determined by the platform

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, for the following reasons:

Refund Processing

You will not be charged for canceled orders
